How to plot data in a chart to correct axis

I've having some trouble plotting data to a chart.

I wish to plot the following:

Soil Depth mean % by mass of sand mean % by mass of clay
    10 51.4 11.5
    60 23.3 32.5
    90 33.4 15.8

I wish for the soil depth to be the y-axis and to have values from 0 -100 in intervals of 10.

I then wish to have the x-axis as a percentage, plotting the 2 lines with one series being the mass of sand, and the other being the mass of clay.

Can anyone offer me advice on this please? (I've attached the details in a spreadsheet as to what I mean)

    Many thanks.

I think you will want to use a XY (Scatter) with the data points connected by lines. With that chart type you can specify 'Soil Depth' as the Y-axis values and use the '% Sand' and '% Clay' as the X-axis values for the respective series. Then manually change the X-axis maximum and major unit to 100 and 10, respectively.

I think this will accomplish what you want.
