    Excel 2010 Data Pulling

I have a question that I have been using the forum to try to figure out. I had a problem with Filtering which i was able to solve using the forum. Basically, I have a list of residents in the nursing home i run, that i am trying to pull snack info from. I have everything in a Master Listing Tab, which i was sucessfully able to pull into a snack data tab. In the columns, i have resident name, room #, snack pass(AM,PM,HS), Diet, Texture, and Snack. I was able to filter it for the residents that dont have a snack so I those rows were eliminated. When i go to my next tab where my sticker layout is in, I need to pull the info from the snack data tab into the snack stickers. The issue is, i can get the first one to fill correctly, as it is row 1, but when i copy the formula down to the next cell, as it would normally pull row 2 etc, is that it is row 36 as all the empty rows have been removed. How do i build the formula to skip from row 1 to 36 and so on as its next source of data? I have attached a screen shot, any help would be greatly appreciated
