Vlookup with multiple criteria

Hi there can you please help?

I am tryign to do a Vlookup with 2 lookup critera. Please see the attached i am trying to return in G4 the value from Col D that applies,

For example in G4 i would expect the look up to return Jon has he is in room 1 on Monday

I thought the formual would be vlookup((sumproduct(B3=F4)*(C3=G3),B3:D16,3,false

But i remembered Sumprouct only works for values, how can i make this work for txt?
