Formula correction for transferring selected data between sheets. IFERROR

Hi All,

I have attached the Sample sheet I am having trouble with.

What I want to do is copy entries from another sheet to this one, and also months following. I have only attached one month sheet due to being able to work the rest out once i get this one fixed.

The forumla I'm using is this:

=IFERROR(IF(MONTH(INDEX('PPS Monitoring'!I$2:I$521,SMALL(POS,ROW(I1))))=MONTH($I$1),INDEX('PPS Monitoring'!I$2:I$521,SMALL(POS,ROW(I1))),""),"")

However I want the row to fill the entries in A,B & C if there are entries in D, E or F.... I had one forumal that did this but it filled the whole row not just where I wanted the data to be.

I am very new to this and am stumbling my way through this with help, so the feedback will need to be fairly basic for me, feel free to use the preadsheet if that helps.
