Cell equals the cell 14 rows below

So cell N2 = Cell D3. What i want is for cell N3 = D17 and N4 = D31. So that each cell down equals the last D cell plus 14. Is there a formula for this

    Try

    =INDEX(D:D,(ROW(N2)-2)*14+3)
