Unhappy Specific Drop Down Selections transfer entire row to new table?

I'm not sure if this is something that can be done with a formula, but I have no experience with VB.

I have a a drop down list copied from cell C3 to cell C22 for the 18 transaction options I use in my business. I use these to select the current transaction option I need, then I manually insert the dollar amount and other data into the corresponding row. This basically acts as a transaction journal for me.

From there, I'd like to have certain data extracted from the table depending on the type of transaction selected and placed into other areas of the sheet. For example, if I select "Partial Work Pmt Request - Sent to JOB OWNER", I need certain other data in that row to transfer onto another table in the sheet. Then, I can run various analyses on my transactions such as calculating the total dollar amount I've paid to a SUB, among other things.

Here's where things get complicated for me. Many times in a job, I will have multiple transactions of the same kind. There could be three "Partial Work Pmt Request - Sent to JOB OWNER" in one job. One could be in row 4, one in row 10, and one in row 17, for example. Then below this table, I have another table just for transactions involving "Sent to JOB OWNER" where I would like those 3 transactions to be condensed down to three consecutive rows. There, I can run my analyses in an organized manner.

Is this even possible? Please help!

I've attached the spreadsheet I'm referencing.

    Thanks
