Ok sorry I'm being very vauge. I want to only show in each months claims that have been made, either data from 13 weeks or 26 weeks columns. What I have now is awesome but just to do some more tweaking to that, so that at a glance I know what's claimed in each month so with what you have done keep A, B, C, E and Or data from L ..... Is that possible and does that make sense?

Ok So If in the PPS Monitoring Sheet if Bradley had a date in row E (placement) then copy the date from placement to a Placement Column, as well as A, B, C. Or if He had a date in I (13 Weeks) then copy this to A 13 week Column.

I have attached an updated sheet, with the actual columns in the March Tab that I want.

And so Im clear.

If Bradley had a placement claimed in March then his name, casemanager & Employer as well as date of claim would transfer over. (but just the claim date in the corresponding column)...

I really hope this makes sense, and thankyou again for your help..

PS I changed the formula in March 2012, trying to make it work, feel free to do what you need to

Ok firstly I think I attached the wrong sheet.... I am so so sorry...

And I think the formula you use is great, but not sure if its the right one for what I want....

I want what you have done, but i want it to display on claims made in each month in each column, So if I made a PLACEMENT claim for BIG BEN in MARCH (please see attached file for data in RED for example) and so in FOR A 13 WEEK for SILLY SAL and 26 weeks for TINY TIM - DATA BEGINS AT ROW 58

I really don't make much sense, I meant to finish this post by stating that for example the entry for Big Ben Post in the Placement Tracking Sheet, Placement Column would transfer to March 2012 and so would Columns A, B & C,

Thankyou so much for your help, but unfortunatley no thats not it either, your first sheet did what I wanted, just not exactly how I wnated I'll keep looking......

It's really as basic as If Sheet 1, Column E had a date entered in March 1/3/12 for (placement) of sheet 2 column D then that row would copy with everything in A, B & C But only the date for that month and Column (Placement) So , not dates from the other 2 columns, 13 & 26. However if there was another row with data that was for march in 13 & 26 weeks that data would copy over for those rows.....

In my head I know what I need, I'm obvioulsy just not making it clear or making sense, so I do apologise,
