Excel 2007 : HELP!! Need a formula to test for multiple conditions and bring back different values

I am trying to build a branch wise P&L for my co. We have 3 different branch sizes and 60 possible age options (5 years x 12 months). For a particular branch, I want to put a formula in for each line item, that brings back a different value if the branch is 1500 sqft and 12 months old than if it is 1500 sqft and 24 months old, 1100 sqft and 9 months old and so on. is there an easy way to do this in excel 2007? My coworker has simply manually linked the relevant cells, but I feel this leaves a huge opportunity for human error. Please help!!

To best describe or illustrate your problem you would be better off attaching a dummy workbook, the workbook should contain the same structure and some dummy data of the same type as the type you have in your real workbook - so, if a cell contains numbers & letters in this format abc-123 then that should be reflected in the dummy workbook. Don't upload a picture when you have a workbook question. None of us is inclined to recreate your data. Upload the workbook and manually add an 'after' situation so that we can see what you expect. In addition clearly explain how you get the results..
