    Sorting by Frequency - For a Big-time Novice

    Hi,

    I'm lost. I have a table of data that includes products numbers, names, locations and various other data. I am simply trying to arrange these rows of data so that the products with the most frequency are listed first (along with their corresponding names, locations, etc). The frequency function does not seem to be what I am looking for, and I cannot find any others that are suitable.

    Help?

    Have you tried a counif to determine the frequeancy/quantity, and then base your sort on that?
