I did a search and didn't find and answer to this...so here goes:

I have a column of numbers. These numbers are prioritizing our product development in priority order: 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8, etc.

If my boss all of a sudden comes up with a new product he wants us to work on and says it's going to be priority #3 I want to be able to put a 3 in the priority column for that product and have the "old #3" automatically become #4, the "old #4" becomes #5, and so on and so on. Basically I want the whole column to automatically adjust it's numbers so there are not two of any given number.
