Question Need a date filter that shows only the earliest and latest results in a year period

I have a very long list of timesheet data that shows every day worked by employee for a given year. An example is attached.

I need to summarize this information so that I only see the first and last work day for each employee, i.e. their start and end date. The second tab of the attachment shows the filtered data I am looking for.

Anyone know of a way to get there? Thanks for any help.

Hi beckdog and welcome to the forum.

Took about 1 minute and knowing Pivot Tables to get the answer. Use Min and Max in a Pivot Table. See attached.
