Consolidating Tabs Into One Master Sheet

I was given excel tabs with data for deposit accounts from now to fiscal year 2004. Each tab contains only one fiscal year, and this is extremely inconvenient. What I would like to do is consolidate all the fiscal years (each with four different deposit accounts) into one single entity. What is the best approach?

My initial idea was to use powerpivot or Access in some way.

    Re: Managing Accounts

    Hi juliorevka,

    Welcome to the forum.

So basically you want to consolidate all the sheets data into one master table, I believe a sample file can help the forum to understand better. Thanks.

    Re: Managing Accounts

The data is supposed to be confidential...I pasted a sample tab, with the values cleared, for FY 10 to 11 (there are 7 more of these tabs for different fiscal years). Essentially there are three accounts (student payment, department, and CC) that need to be managed among the fiscal years. The FY11Items in the other tab keeps track of the number of deposits. Each entry in FY11 is multiplied by the cost of the item to generate the values.

Tell me if something is unclear. Thanks.
