    Currency Format.

    Hello-

I work with financial data in these currencies (JPY, NTD, RMB, SGD, and KRW) on daily basis. I am wondering if there's a way I can customize the ribbons so I can quikcly access these formats in just one or two clicks like I can with the $US one.
I am attaching snapshot for your reference. Thank you in advance for your advice.

I am not sure if you can change the default there, but if you go to the Styles section and click Cell Styles, then choose New Cell Style, then you can create your own styles/formats and they will then appear at the top next time you click Cell Styles from the Styles section....

It's me again. Your suggestion works fine but the added styles only stay with the workbook in which they were created.
is there a way to activate them even on a new workbook? Thanks.

    Hello shg-
So I created blank workbook and saved it as "book1.xltx" in the directory below. Excel 2010 am using.

    C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office14\XLSTART\

When I opened new workbook it still not opened the template file I created. If I manually opened the file it works fine.

I even manually created a shortcut to Excel.exe on my desktop then under properties I included the path shown above for the Start In box.

What can I check next? Thanks.

Working fine now after renaming the template from book1.xltx to book.xltx. Thanks.
