Calculate a Due Date...

What I am trying to do is have a cell with a due date based upon when I enter it to the sheet.

Example:

A2 = Date Entered
B2 = Specified Task
C2 = Date above task is due (3 days from date entered)

My goal is to have a sheet with several tasks that have different due dates that calculate automatically based upon the date entered in A2.
