Maintain ALT + Enter formatting when referenceing a cell

I have a cell where I have multiple lines using ALT + Enter. I want to reference this cell, but kee everything in the multiline format. When I reference it now, it is all on the same line with boxes with question marks inside between each line. Any ideas?

    Thanks

Format the cell that contains the forumula to wrap text.
Entia non sunt multiplicanda sine necessitate
