Excel 2007 : Index and Match

I have attached a sample spreadsheet.

What I am looking to do, which I kind of have an idea, but I do not know how to incorporate the two matches. One has to be exact and the other is not an exact match.

In column A, I have a list of different products, then in Column B there is for each of those different products there is a Max group. In columns E, F, and G I have test results. Column G is what should be returned by the match of column E and F.

Let me know if there is any questions. I really do not know how to explain it.

=INDEX($B$2:$B$13,MATCH(1,INDEX(($A$2:$A$13=E2)*($B$2:$B$13>=F2),0),0))

Looks like it works, I will try that on a bigger scale and see if it pans out! Thanks for the quick response!
