Merging 2 tables into 1 or combining into a single pivot table (or both)

Hi,

I have two tables, each on separate worksheets - they will have common columns.

I simply want to combine the tables together beit in a third table or combine the two tables into a single pivot table.

please see attached file for reference - the merged tab shows what i would want to see - simply adding the 2nd table to the bottom of the first would be fine.
