    Cool automatic mail sender and notifier

    Hello,

    sub:Automatic sender in excel

    can any one help me!
    my problem is that i need to sent a mail after every hour with a same text but the time is different for the next mail..
    the following is the sample body that may help you to write the code:

    from:myname@vgd.com
    to: hsdhs@gdv.com(it may be more)
    cc:dgahdg@hgd.com(it may be more)
    subject:please help!

    body of mail

    hi sir/madam

    date:present date
    time:21:45:10 AM CST (this time must be in decreasing order when i sent the same mail after 1 hrs or more!!)

    text:


    here may be any text:

    what i want that after every hour excel will gave me popup as a reminder that its time to send the mail and when i press the send or OK button it past all information in the outlook message send window.but the time in the time field must be in decreasing order for example
    1 mail has a time:21:45:10 PM CST
    2 mail has a time:20:40:55 PM CST
    3 mail has a time:19:32:12 PM CST
    4 mail has a time: 10:01:10 AM CST
    so if any one can help then please help!!

    Have a look at http://www.rondebruin.nl/sendmail.htm for information on automated emails from within Excel.

    If you can be a little more specific as to which part of the email is generated from within the worksheet and where exactly the timestamp goes I will try to help you with the code.

    thanks for showing the attention,

    see my problem is that i have a send mail repeatedly after every hour with the format as i described above and only the time is needed to change in decreasing order lets say 1hr.so i need a excel sheet in which every details are filled in advanced and when 1hr is completed the excel will notify me that its time to send the next mail.so when i press the send button built in this excel sheet,then it will copy every details into outlook and with a time of delay between the last and this mail.but in the time format that i also described above..
