Creating Cell Selections

In Excel 2007, I want to make a cell selection option between two different titles in that one cell. Is there a way to have an arrow down showing from the side of the specified cell indicating a choice in title options is available? Then when you click in it you can choose between one of the two title names for that specific cell.

In Menu bar, click to Data/Data Validation/ tab Setting choose Allow: list; Source: A1:A10, if A1:A10 contains your list of choice
