Non_consecutive numbers combinations ?

Good evening,
i'm not sure if its possible or not?
is there any excel formula or vb code can get non-consecutive combination ei "5 numbersfrom 50 or 40"
and second thing to reduce the combination to a certain criteria ,example "no 3 numbers to appears more than once ".
and if you dont mind me asking how can i calculate this in excel?
Here an example i done 5 from 11 in 21 combinations;

1 3 5 7 11
1 3 5 8 10
1 3 5 8 11

1 3 6 8 10
