I have a work list where i have some data, the available data is for one particular bay and in date wise what i need is i want to sum up the data in weekly so that i can prepare for my weekly production meeting.
the sum should be for one particular bay and up to 1st tuesday, and in the next set from the 1st wednesday to 2nd tuesday and goes on...
please help me with this stuff as it will be very helpful for me.

Hi,
in the example I've used SUMPRODUCT (Excel 2000 Xp at disposal) .
You could use more efficent SUMIFS with same references.

Another option, I use dynamic names: BAY and DATE crossing together.
No need to define first and last date of each week (D12:I12 in your original file)
@CANAPONE: Your formula link to D12:I12 which does not change if the starting date in C2 change.

Confirm with Ctrl+Shift+Enter not just Enter

Select G12:G16 then Drag Right the table will "grow" as far as you need.

your calculation suits my file very much, since some other mothods which has been suggested is working fine but some of them has avoided the from date and to date which is importanat for me, and appologise in sample file i didnt mention it
Now when i try to utilize the formula which you have provided it is showing error as "#N/A" so i have attached my original work file please check and correct the mistake and please advise me what wrong i did so that i can avoid that in future.
I understand the concept and I have tried very much to fix the error, but i couldn't fix it since this formula is very new and i am very very new to Excel.
Sorry for the big file size as i am attaching my direct work file.
