    Question Possible to name a cell according to formula calculation?

    hey guys i was wondering if there was a possible way to "lock-in" the values of a cell.
    for example, if a cell contains a formula, is it possible to remove the formula and keep the value that was generated by the formula?

    if
    A1=4
    A2=5
    A3="=sum(A1+A2)"

    is it possible to remove all formulas form an entire worksheet and leave only their current values.
    if its possible, after that has been done A3 would be "20"

    Copy the cells and then Paste Special | Values
