    What email you are using.. i.e., is it Outlook, Lotus ... ?

    Hi DILIPandey, i am using outlook. If there is a way to make it automatic so that when I open the excel file it will automatically calculate the dates and if the days are within 8days then excel will also automatically senda simple email to myself via outlook that this particular date is within 8days.. thanks in advance guys..
