Re: Embedding Picture Files as Pop ups inside Excel Files

I am needing the same solution but the ones posted to this thread have not worked.
Specifically, I need the excel file to have the photo as part of the excel file and not as a hyperlink path that depends on being able to access the location of the image. In other words, where ever the excel file goes, the image needs to go with it, and wherever that excel file goes it may not have access to the same path that a hyperlink would have access to.
basically the exact spec of the title of this thread; "Embedded" such that they "popup"

I tried the insert comment version of this but my version of excel (O365 subscribed client install on laptop) does not give the formatting options in comments or I am not finding them.

I know this topic is 8 years old.

    Thoughts?

Re: Embedding Picture Files as Pop ups inside Excel Files

This forum is over controlled by its admins. I asked a legitimate and perfectly on topic question to this thread.
It was not anything different than the exact topic itself as written.

I was told I needed to post a new thread, which invites all the same solutions that have already be posted in the topic of this thread which makes no sense,
due to a forum rule about "never ask new questions in a thread", apparently, no matter how on topic your question is to the thread, it matters naught to the Admins because new questions are VERBOTEN!!.

If all I am going to get for help is a forum Nazi-admin shutting my question down for breaking rules that make no common sense, then please just ban me from the forum.
There are plenty of other resources to go to.

Thanks for a lousy first experience with your crappy forum!! Bye!
