Need help on how to lookup values that duplicate

I posted this query yesterday, someone responded, but I oddly can't seem to find the post. I need to followup because I am having a problem when I add new columns. The best way to explain the issue is to look at the attached file. I have data in column format that I want to report on separate rows in ascending order - I have problems with the duplicates.
