Need help to modify logic

I have a workbook that presently chooses a product based on three different conditions. The lowest value of one of the products drives the other choices. The objective is to select the lowest possible overall value of multiple products when added together. This is not achieved based on the way the formulas are written right now. I need the workbook to select and compare combinations added together and then make a determination of what the overall combination should be to achieve the lowest compound valve.
