=DATE conversion formula problem... and #VALUE question

    Hello everyone,
I have returned this week with my chart... My formula to convert the data entry in the BF column to formula friendly... doesnt seem to convert consistently (G3, G6)? any ideas?

Also, is there any way to prevent #VALUE from showing in column H? Those cells are just awaiting an entry in column F and I dont want to print out the sheet showing them.

*Please note there is the maximum conditions in column H and column F will be hidden*

    any guideance would be appreciated

    Put this formula in G3:

    =IF(F2="","",DATE(MID(F2,7,4),MID(F2,1,2),MID(F2,4,2)))
and then copy it down to G35. This will give you the correct date format and will remove the #VALUE errors.

    Hope this helps.
