Hi,
I am a new poster here -thanks everybody for your help in advance!
I am a mortgage broker. I know how to make a standard amortization spreadsheet, which can itemize the capital repayment, interest repayment, balance, etc, and this is a really useful tool for my line of work.
However, in countries which have had a history of hyper-inflation, there is such a thing as an amortized loan which is linked to the cost of living. I.e. the capital is slowly paid down, but also pumped up by the inflation linkage.
The following link sends you to a mortgage calculator which can calculate everything I need to know for both normal and index linked loans, but I'd really like to make my own excel spreadsheet with all the formulas, etc.

The spreadsheet in the link is pretty simple to work out, it's just that it's in hebrew. Anyone with any experience of mortgage calculators (or who can copy and paste into google translate!!) can probably work out what each box is, but if you need help with translation I can easily help you.
Can anyone help me with this - it's quite embarrassing that I don't know how this works!!??
Thank you so very much in advance!!
