Can i use IF function to seperate 2 sets of numbers in to corresponding cells?

Hi I have sheet that requires the stock discrepancy to be portioned out between 2 sets of stock types, I would hopefully be using the IF function to designate the discrepancy to its correct cell. I have attached a spreadsheet with 2 samples of discrepancies for variance.

Any help would be appreciated.
