SUMPRODUCT - simplify formula with up to 3 criteria

Hello, I need help with a SUMPRODUCT question. I have a spreadsheet with data on one tab and a report on another tab. On the report I want to be able to select up to 3 criteria to pull data and total. I have used SUMPRODUCT and IF statements to do this with 2 criteria, but now I have 3 criteria. How can this be done without nesting multiple IF statements creating a very long forumula that is difficult to follow?

I have attached a sample worksheet.

    Thanks for any help!

    Try, C10:

    =SUMPRODUCT(--((Month=B4)*(OSAT<>0)),--((B5="")+(Day=B5)>0),--((B6="")+(Employee=B6)>0))

and similarly in D10 and E10
