Excel 2007 : Could not delete checkboxes

I have tried most of the solutions given on the web. Its just that the checkboxes on page 9 wont go away. Even in design mode, just cant get the right click to work on the check box. The stubborn checkboxes are in page 9.Pls help

Here you are .. you can right click on those things then cut..
