Autofit Columns based on largest amount of characters

I found the following code which does exactly what its programed to do:

The problem is if I enter 15 characters and then enter 10 characters in the same column (different cell), the code auto-fits the entire column to the last entered value even though it has less characters then any other entry.

Can this code be edited to auto-fit to the cell in the column with the most characters?
