Hi. I have a vlookup formula that I know works.... but, I am experiencing an issue where I am getting a result of N/A# -- UNTIL I go into the reference cell and REMOVE the little green corner tag for "error checking." Once I double click the cell, the tag goes away and then the formula works (#N/A is replaced with correct answer).

There 800 lines... so I hope there is an easy fix to this. Any advice appreciated.
