Rank results only when they meet certain criteria

Hi all,

hope you can help me with the following:

In my sheet costs per product a year are calculated. Based on this we can check if a certain product may be offered to the customer. But not all products are valid for our customers. So, in case the nr of orders is lower than x, the costs for product y may not be shown. But product z needs to be shown because the nr of orders fit.
This makes that based on the nr of orders entered, only a few products remain. Those need to be ranked from cheap to most expensive.

Any idea how to solve this?
