Finding Max and Min Values Between 2 rows dynamically!

Hi,
I have signals of BUY/SELL in Column B. When the signal changes I want to know what my P&L is at the point in time. In Column C I calculate when that signal changes. In Column D I freeze the value I either bought or Sold the currency for (Note: this is the copied version so does not have all the calculation cells visible). Column E calculates what the P&L would have been at the change of signal from when it was either bought or sold.

I would like to know during the periods in between what cycles of P&L my trade went through and would like to obtain what the max and min levels of the P&L were at that time. Hence in column F, I have pasted the price of the currency I am trading. Column H calculated the dynamic P&L of the currency if it had been bought/sold. In column J & K I have manually calculated the max and mins during those periods. Is there a way of dynamically being able to do this so that I can simply drag cells down.

I believe I need to use a combination of Row function and offset functions but am unable to put them together.
