Need some quick help

I'm new to excel and I need to be able to generate a random variable, X~N(75, 15).

I don't know the commands for excel so this is really holding me back, if anyone can give me the correct formula I would be extremely grateful.

=RANDBETWEEN(15,75)
will give you a random number between the two you specify
