Excel 2007 : After export problem

Dear All,
i need run one report and export in excel but its coming in different rows and coloumn pls help so arrange it.

please find the attached sample,there are 2 sheeet one is actual and sheet 2 what i need.

Sorry,
i dont need the other cell to be repeat just check the attached file sheet2, i hope u will get my point, where i put the comments INV#i need only that cell to be repeat till the other INV# is not coming.

The workbook you have provided is not clear. Please provide a before and after worksheet showing exactly what you are after. Describing in a comment box somethind different than what is on the excel sheet is not helpful in this case. If you want a cell to be blank then it needs to be blank in the after sheet. If you want it populated with a specific number then it needs to reflect this in the after sheet.
