show multiple dates in pivot table graph

Hi, i want to show from the attached file a pivot chart that shows 2 entry dates on the chart.
In column "R" a 1 is placed to signify a seperate check for that day is used, so when plotted both days results are shown.
When i pivot the data it just puts the date together. How do i seperate so both results are shown

In column "AP" is the data split into the dates, but if i do it this way i cant get rid of the -, blank or 2 that may be displayed, and the data looks messy.

Any suggestions???

Sorry for the confusion. I should have stated the location of column "R" is in tab "Quality Characterisation & OOB" and AQ should be the reference in "pivot data" tab. I have also highlighted in yellow as your recomendation.

What i am trying to do is show the same date on the same graph for 2 results. If you look at the attached file, i have highlighted in yellow the date 11/1/2012 on quality and OOB tab. A seperate database is used to configure the product which gives a seperate result.(Pivot data tab AQ26 and AQ27)Data base 1 gives a result of 47% and normal gives 99.5%, but the pivot chart is very messy, full of 1(database 1) or - (other option i tried)

In pivot table AL-AN the same result combines both results to 73%(not what i want), but the chart format is correct, just not displaying both dates.

If there is another way other than pivot tables i am more than happy to try, but i need to be able to report daily and monthly the results.

Thanks for the reply. I will try different things. Simply using space bar removes the dash and keeps the date format in the example you gave.
