I have a workbook that I use to track monthly customers (example attached). Right now I have to copy and paste each customer record into the existing generator to get my work order populated for printing.
Is there an easier/automatic way to do this?
I am very new to excel...

Your data is not laid out in a format that would allow you to use VLOOKUP which would be simple. You should arrang all your data into a table format
