Simple Line Graph

Hi, i'm useless with excel but need to draw a simple line graph for a budget line. I have a list of numbers for the quantity for 2 goods for different cities, i found this picture which is exactly what im trying to make.

Using the example in that picture i have data for when tacos = 0 (10 burgers) and when burgers = 0 (30 tacos). My data is:

When tacos = 0, burgers = 31.62.
When burgers = 0, tacos = 15.50.

Midpoint is burgers = 15.81 and tacos = 7.75.

Using this data i have no idea how to create a line which will look the same as the one in the picture above, could someone help? I have about 8 cities data so i will end up with 8 lines on one graph.

Hi, thanks. Instead of 2 seperate lines what i need is the quantity of tacos as the vertical axis and the quantity of burgers as the horizontal axis so there is just one line, exactly the same as in the picture i posted.
