Mac Excel 2008 v12.3.2: Where did the toolbar go?

Hi! In v12.3.1, the "normal" view included a toolbar with basic function icons (icons for "save," "autosum," etc.). In v12.3.2, the toolbar is missing from the normal view, and I can't find out how to enable it. I've searched both the view drop-down menu and the preferences menu, and while there is a normal view option in preferences, it doesn't include the toolbar. Was the toolbar dropped from the latest version?

As far as I can tell, 12.3.2 is just a cumulative roll up of the prior updates with one added security fix, so it should not have affected the toolbars. I think I have it installed somewhere so I will check when I get a moment.

Toolbar still there for me. Do you have View-Toolbars-Standard checked?
