Graphing question

Hi,

I have to graph the data below. My problem is dealing with the 2 dashes. I have attached a spreadsheet containing the sheet I am striving for (i.e. text answer key) and next to it is my attempt. You will see that in my line chart, the dashes are recorded as '0', but in the correct graph, they are ommited.

I have tried to 'reverse engineer' the textbook's graph, but can't figure what they did differently.
