I have been working on a spreadsheet for calculating wages, and am stuck on the last part.
I need to be able to assign a daily bonus payment to one employee per day.
The person to be paid is identified on tab 2, named ‘Bonus’.
I need excel to read the data in the ‘Bonus’ tab, and then automatically apply that figure each time that person’s name appears on the time card on the 'Weekly Paid' tab. I can then calculate how much bonus to pay at the end of the week.
This is just a sample. The real sheet contains more than 200 employees, and there are 15 team leaders working various shifts over 24 hours, so not easy to track manually.
I hope this has been explained clearly.
