Help/advice needed and would be much appreciated...! This seems like it must be simple and will probably be very obvious to someone on here --- I just don't know what function or tool to use.

I'm trying to return a table (shown empty in cols D to G) showing how many times the the three variables in column B (For applicant, For authority, Partially upheld), occur for each organisation listed in column A (Aberdeen City Council, Aberdeenshire Council, etc etc).

I tried to count them manually, then played around with COUNTIF, but I kept ending up with less than the total number listed (1336)....
