Changing Background color of a chart

Hey everyone, got a questions and am looking for a point in the right direction. I am not sure if this is even possible. Take a look at this screenshot that I have of an excel chart:

    Untitled-1.gif

What I am looking at in this chart is the orange line. I wanted to know if I could an IF statement and then any time that number \ line goes above a certain amount, I can change the background color of the chart in just that area. So to add more detail for instance, look at the range on the left side of the image and the orange line. Any time that amount is over 100, I want to change the background in that area for instance.

Is this even possible with excel or is something I will need to just manually photoshop in there?

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

    Thanks!

You can use an additional series plotted on the secondary axis as Columns to create shaded areas.
