Excel 2007 : Sort of Find and Replace Need Help Please.

This is my first excel file
"File 1"
File 01 gif.GIF
and this is my second
"File 2"
File 02 gif.GIF
Its hard to explain for me I wish you guess it through the images.
But still I'll Try -
I wanna merge "File 2" with "File 1"
Make excel find content "File 2_A1" in "File 1" and print the content of "File 2_B1" in the cell next to where excel found the content "File 2_A1" in "File 1"
Make excel find content "File 2_A2" in "File 1" and print the content of "File 2_B2" in the cell next to where excel found the content "File 2_A2" in "File 1"
and so on...

Please someone tell me how to do this like some formula or any software.
I can't do it manually to the Because that would take forever to do it manually to nearly 75548 times ;(

a vlookup formula would work for this. If File 01 is where you want the results to show, the formula in file 01 column B would be...

=vlookup(A1,'[File 02.xlsx]Sheet1'!$A:$B,2,false)

If you could put both files in the same workbook, different worksheets, it may speed things up
