This is my first excel file

and this is my second

Its hard to explain for me I wish you guess it through the images.
But still I'll Try -
I wanna merge "File 2" with "File 1"
Make excel find content "File 2_A1" in "File 1" and print the content of "File 2_B1" in the cell next to where excel found the content "File 2_A1" in "File 1"
Make excel find content "File 2_A2" in "File 1" and print the content of "File 2_B2" in the cell next to where excel found the content "File 2_A2" in "File 1"
and so on...

In short My finished file should look like something below.
File Ready.GIF
Please someone tell me how to do this like some formula or any software.
I can't do it manually to the Because that would take forever to do it manually to nearly 75548 times ;(
