    auto recovery ?? is it worth it

    Hi

    Auto recovery just seems to annoy me , my pc keeps backing up my excel data sheet when i am in the middle of work , Is autorecovery worth-it?

    I think only you can decide that, but you can disable it: Excel Options > Save, untick Save AutoRecover information
