Hey guru's! my question is this. i have an excel doc that is being used to update a MS SQL db. one of the fields is called Full Description - i have data in this field and in some cases it's a good bit of data.
This data gets cut off after upload and i'm told that the excel doc needs to be set as general. i'm told that general supports the 32K characters (showing only 1024 in excel) but i would like to know how to format this cell to accommodate this setting.
Additionally - as a bonus - if you can tell me - is there an update to the db that needs to happen as well or will it interpret the formatting of the field in the excel adjust itself?
