Moving Vertical Data into Horizontal Data

I have a spreadsheet of employees, spouses and children that all appear in a vertical manner. Each spouse and child references the employee's ssn on the line as well as the relationship to the employee in a number fashion (relationship code), however, I need to move employee information, spouse information, and child informaiton all on one row for an HR spreadsheet I have to put together. I have attached an example of what the data currently looks like and what I need it to look like. Can anyone help?
